Dear Early Years Providers,
From the week beginning Monday 2nd November if you notify the Local Authority that you have a group/cohort/ ‘bubble’ of children who are self-isolating you will be asked to complete a simple spreadsheet containing the name, date of birth and isolation dates for each child.
The Local Authority will then notify the setting of any children in the cohort open to Social Care, Families in Focus, the SEND and school transport teams will also be informed. This will assist the worker within these teams to provide timely support. Settings will also be provided with a list of the workers involved with the children identified to enhance joint working.
