Dear Early Years Provider,

You may have heard already, CQC and OFSTED are returning for our Local Area SEND Re-inspection visit in the next few weeks. A key part of this reinspection is gathering the views of parent carers.  Can we trouble you to send this letter to parents and carers in your setting to enable as many families as possible to respond to the survey.

Please also find attached a letter from the SEN Team regarding Education Health and Care (EHC) Plan Annual Reviews.
