Early Years National Funding Formula – Quality Supplement (System Leadership) External Evaluation by UWE

Dear Free Entitlement Providers,

We are pleased to share with you the external evaluation of the Quality Supplement (carried out by Dr Tim Clark from the University of the West of England). In Bristol, this is delivered as a System Leadership Lead Teacher Model. Dr Clark makes recommendations at the end of the evaluation and we have responded with the production of an information statement (EYR15).
