Dear Early Years Colleagues,
Welcome to the latest edition of the Early Years Providers Bulletin (attached), which is packed with important updates for the sector, including Covid-19 changes, a wide range of training opportunities and important information about the launch of Bristol’s new, Positive Transitions in the Early Years Guidance. We encourage you to ensure that a representative from your setting attends one of the free training sessions (Eventbrite links in the Bulletin) for this new guidance, which aims to provide a positive transition to school experience for all children focussing on their wellbeing, learning and development. There are also separate CPD sessions for your SENCo to book onto.
There is also information and booking details for free ERIC toilet training CPD which we also encourage settings to attend, exciting news about a subsidised course in outdoor practice, and important links to the latest information and support for Food Safety from the DfE.
As the first signs of Spring are finally appearing, we wish you a very settled term 4 and thank you for all that you do for your children and families.
