BEYTSA has morphed into the Bristol Early Years Teaching Hub and we are pleased to launch our 2021-22 CPD programme! All the sessions over the coming year will support the new statutory EYFS reforms.

Alongside local EYs specialists we have some brilliant guest trainers including: Julie Fisher (on 5th October), Tamsin Grimmer, Debbie Brace and Liz Pemberton, who will be exploring topics such as transition and settling, developing a loving pedagogy, race equality and more.

We have lots of exciting and relevant courses coming up, with a focus on the importance of Play and Movement in term 1. See the Term 1 Highlights attached.

This year we are introducing training bundles, which includes courses where the content is linked, providing comprehensive training packages at a reduced cost.

If you are New to EYFS, then the following 3 part course is for you! (‘New to EYFS’ for Nurseries starting on 8th November or ‘New to EYFS’ for Schools, starting on 11th November). Perfect for practitioners new to EYFS who want to gain an understanding of EYFS principles, effective observational assessment, the key person approach and enabling environments.  Participants have to do all 3 sessions.

For other courses, you have the option to book individual sessions or a discounted bundle.  More about training bundles is on our news page.

The full programme of courses is available to read and book on our website.  We look forward to welcoming you onto our programme!
